The Village Service Assistant Manager will work in collaboration with the Village Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the Village Services Department. This position will train and motivate a staff of up to 30 staff members. Must be willing and able to provide exemplary customer service in all situations at all times.

  • In collaboration with the Village Service Manager, manage the daily operations of the Village Services Department in order to fulfill the needs of our homeowners
  • Manage stewarding staff, concierge operations, Sporthaus attendants and transportation to and around the resort
  • Ensure training of all employees is robust and thorough and executed to a very high level
  • All homeowner requests are delivered on time and accurately
  • Manage delivery of supplies, groceries, laundry to Homeowner homes and removal of garbage from Homeowner homes
  • Ensure all requested services (including provision of third party services) requested by homeowners is provided in a timely and accurate manner
  • Must be willing and able to provide exemplary customer service to our Homeowners, our skiing guests and to our employees at all times
  • Respond to any and all homeowner requests in a courteous and timely manner
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of special events for our homeowners’ enjoyment throughout the seasons. Organize Homeowner Events such as New Year’s Eve, Fourth of July, Santa’s Torch Light Parade, Bingo Nights and Sporthaus Pool Parties and any other Homeowner centric events.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing Homeowners for services provided by Village Services
  • Responsible to issue ski passes and day tickets to Homeowners and their guests
  • Ensure employee training, documentation and work schedules are completed and submitted in a timely manner
  • Develop strong rapport with all homeowners
