The winter role assists the Terrain Park Supervisor with design and build of terrain parks based on company vision and goals. This role assists with maintenance of park features, maintaining terrain parks as per outlined plans and is the primary trainer and mentor for terrain park grooming operators. This position will also assist with snowmaking. The primary duty in the summer months is to serve as a heavy equipment operator and assist with forest management and trail mastication, maintenance of on-mountain and village roads, assist other departments with equipment operational needs, e.g. capital projects such as snowmaking improvements, parking lot projects, planning department projects, hill crew projects, and any other duties as assigned.
This position has different seasonal responsibilities.

Pay $32/hour – $42.10/hour dependent on experience.
