About Granite Peak Management
The Staff Accountant is responsible for billings, collections, payables, general ledger and bank statement reconciliations, preparing journal entries, assisting with annual budgeting, preparing regulatory tax filings, maintaining record retention, and assisting Accounting Manager in various financial reporting requirements. 


The ideal candidate has:

  • Associate (or higher) degree in accounting. 
  • Two to three years previous experience in accounting.  
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook). 
  • Ability to apply discretion and trust with confidential material. 
  • Ability to effectively apply analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial data. 
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

$24.00 – $31.00/hour, depending on experience.
