We’re seeking an experienced, analytical researcher to join our growing company as Property Data Researcher. The Property Data Researcher is a key member of our data science team and provides customers with timely, accurate, and complete property data. The position requires an analytical mindset and a solid understanding of public record property data, data management, data enrichment, abstracting, and good old-fashioned manual research. This position is full-time, year-round, and comes with paid benefits as well as other perks.

We’ve been creating opportunities for real estate investors, Realtors, home service companies, and others on the west coast through our data-driven approach since 2007. We recently expanded our platform to a national scale. PropertyRadar is headquartered in Truckee, CA (near Reno NV & Lake Tahoe), with growing teams in Portland, OR; San Luis Obispo, CA & Bogotá, Colombia.

Property Researcher Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a small team to ensure the data our customers rely on is timely, accurate, and complete.
  • Maintain the flexibility needed to handle a variety of tasks in a continuously evolving workload.
  • Display a strong work ethic and intrinsic motivation to get the job done.

Property Researcher Responsibilities:

  • Ability to proficiently use a computer; including web apps, spreadsheets, email, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Aptitude for interpreting data and applying problem-solving to address concerns.
  • Willingness to make calls to resolve data issues with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable learning new skills, requesting help, addressing, and providing feedback.
  • Willing to work as part of a team and assist others in any way necessary.
  • Able to plan ahead and arrive at work on time in variable mountain weather conditions.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Skill & experience with Apple’s Mac OS.
  • Experience with real estate, software, or data environments.
