An immediate full-time position is open for an Office Manager in our Tahoe City office. This position is a multi-faceted support role that requires the ability to multi-task and receive direction from various individuals. The ideal candidate must be professional, motivated, and able to manage varying levels of tasks throughout the day.


  • General office administration tasks including; scheduling and coordinating meetings, event organization and logistics planning, answering phones, greeting guests, correspondence, supply ordering, electronic filing, maintenance and coordination of office equipment, and general maintenance of office appearance.
  • Assist various Project Managers with project administration tasks including; specification edits, agency documentation, scanning, and additional project documentation
  • Assist Corporate team with various correspondence tasks, mail distribution and other administrative duties; including but not limited to monthly client invoicing and data entry into our project management software.


  • 3-5 years administrative experience
  • Support experience in the architecture/construction industry preferred
  • Creative writing skills a plus
  • Adapt to changing situations on a daily basis
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Precise verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a positive attitude, as well as strong interpersonal skills and administrative experience
