Office Assistant needed for beautiful lakefront HOA property. We offer a competitive package of base compensation and excellent benefits for this full time, year-round position. Required skills and characteristics include: Honest, loyal, trustworthy, and hard-working individual to accomplish office, administrative, and clerical tasks including answering phones; office organization; copying, scanning and filing; scheduling; guest and customer services; database and file management; overall support for the General Manager; positive, cheerful demeanor; ability to support others and be a team player; attention to detail; ability to prioritize; strong organizational skills; commitment to timely and correct results; ability to self-start and multi-task with little supervision while dealing with frequent interruptions; ability to take Minutes at Board meetings; and proficiency with software such as Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office. The candidate must be able to build team trust and have a dedication to continuous employment. Knowledge of office procedures and/or two years of experience in a supporting role to management is a plus, but will train the right person. Must have the proven ability to lead by example cheerfully, with enthusiasm, confidence, and reliable performance. Must possess and maintain a valid California or Nevada Driver’s License, or be capable of obtaining one within 30 days of employment. Must be able to pass a Background Check. Minimum typing speed 45 WPM.
$18-$20 per hour DOE
