Job Summary: The Membership Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial stability and success of Tahoe Mountain Club. They provide essential support to managers and members, ensuring accurate and efficient membership and accounting procedures are followed. The Membership Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of membership accounting, onboarding, and retention. Assists the controller in maintaining accurate records for accounts receivable. Manages accounts receivable to members/guests, including billing, statements, and payment. Maintains and updates membership database. Reconciles initiating deposits for all membership types. Process daily closings and deposits. This position reports to the Controller.

Because of the fluctuating demands of the Club’s operation, it may be necessary that each employee perform a multitude of different functions; therefore, as an essential part of your job, you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises, just as other employees are expected to help you. Accordingly, you may be expected to perform other tasks, not specifically addressed above.
