Position requires proficiency in air brake, hydraulic and electrical systems., emissions control
systems, and timing systems. Ability to read and comprehend service and technical information.
Provides quality preventative maintenance and repairs for commercial fleet of 24 trucks, varied
loaders and forklifts, and occasionally a concrete batch plant. Understands all D.O.T. rules and
regulations and works to the highest standards of safety. Maintains and uses respectful
communication with other employees and managers. Collaborates well with other mechanic(s) to
get repairs done timely. Will provide own tools. Must be able to lift up to 100-130 lbs. and will
ask for lifting assistance when needed. Should have a minimum of 2 years prior experience but
willing to hire directly out of diesel mechanic training schools with good school references.
Prefer a Class B driver’s license with air brakes, manual transmission and tanker rating with
clean DMV print out. If have a license, must pass DOT drug test. Apply online at TNT Materials
