North Tahoe Properties is now hiring a Lead Property Manager

This position is 80% remote and 20% onsite at our various properties when needed with a completely flexible schedule. Work with a growing local commercial and residential management company and help support the property tenants.

Responsibilities Include

• Responding to tenant maintenance and billing inquiries
• Managing our site services team
• Coordinating other subs
• Assisting our accounting team with rent collection
• A California real estate license is not required but would allow you to grow within the company and is encouraged.
