Reporting to the CEO, the Grant Framework Manager leads the NTCA’s destination management efforts for planning, infrastructure, transportation, capital improvement, and workforce housing development projects and programs in the North Lake Tahoe region. Prepares detailed project descriptions, RFPs, selects consultants, negotiates, manages contracts, and performs budget and payment tracking and scrutiny. Convenes and coordinates TBID Advisory, TBID Zone 1, TOT and CAP committee meetings, and other community workshops. Identifies key funding strategies and opportunities to fulfill community projects and objectives, tracks, measures and shares out project KPIs and results. Range: $90-115k.
