We’re currently seeking a Full-Time Property Manager to join our growing team!

As a Property Manager with A Step Above, you will be vital in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients in the Truckee and North Lake Tahoe area. This client-facing position requires a highly organized self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Advanced understanding of home maintenance systems/technology
• Strong ability to assess/repair small projects
• Sound knowledge of the construction trade
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proven track record of excellence in client service
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a positive, professional attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel is a plus

Responsibilities

• Organize, schedule, and conduct client home inspections
• Coordinate and manage vendors for client property projects
• Obtain written estimates from vendors for client approval on necessary work
• Regularly update clients on service needs, recommendations, and project progress
• Perform light repairs and systems maintenance
• Maintain efficient communication with the ASA team regarding cleaning schedules, client arrivals/departures, and vendor work-in-progress
• Oversee and coordinate various projects at clients’ homes
• Provide exceptional, professional, and timely client service at all times

Annual Salary: $55,000 – $60,000
