- Manage the Volunteer Coordinator to
- Meet and greet volunteers
- Have volunteers sign:
- In and out
- Volunteer waiver
- Provide the volunteer overview form, T-shirt, and meal tickets
- After the volunteer has completed their shift, record the hours volunteers on the volunteer form
- Correspond with volunteers electronically the week after the event to thank and survey
- Manage Administration
- Waivers
- Registration forms
- Event accounting
- USA Triathlon (USAT), United States Adventure Racing Association (USARA), XTERRA, Road Runners Club of America (RRCA), post event reporting and accounting
- Manage and conduct the onsite raffle, occasionally
- Manage and conduct the onsite sales of

- Collaborate with the timing company
- Confirm pre-registered database is accurate
