The Martis Camp Club Concierge is a key position in our organization that positively interacts with the Club’s sophisticated Membership and assists in creating and organizing outstanding experiences and lasting memories. This position requires a smart, reliable, and trustworthy professional who can provide our Membership with a warm welcome in person, online, and on the phone while handling their incoming requests in a gracious and hospitable manner. This position requires a highly organized and positive individual who can personify the Club’s hospitality promise and service culture.
The Concierge position oversees the operations of the front desk which includes answering inquiries, directing phone calls, managing dining reservations for the Club’s four à la carte restaurants, oversight of the administrative office supplies, oversight of the Club’s mailroom and incoming packages, participating in the review of the Club’s seasonal programming, and directing feedback to the appropriate department.

Wage Range: $21 – $25 per hour
