We’re looking for someone to assist the Operations Manager with daily operations. This is a full-time year-round position with benefits and could be a great opportunity for training and advancement based on performance.
Responsibilities include: inspections of short term rental properties prior to arrival and ensuring smooth check in/out process for vacation rental guests, completing work orders, billing and invoicing, housekeeping schedules, onboarding/offboarding of properties, answering phones, tenant recruitment and satisfaction, and sending weekly reports.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays, have excellent communication and customer service skills, and have reliable transportation including in winter months during snow.
