DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Provide excellent “Plus One” service to our Villagers – White glove treatment
• Deliver groceries to Homeowners
• Deliver packages to Homeowners
• Prep homes for arrival and close homes upon departure
• Set up events
• Assist Villagers with rubbish removal
• Assist at Lake Mary as needed
• Assist in other areas around the resort as needed.

In winter additional duties include:

• Operate our fleet of snowmobiles in all conditions (Training provided for over the snow vehicles)
• Operate our fleet of Polaris Snow Rangers in all conditions (Training provided for over the snow vehicles)
• Provide over the snow transportation to and from Villager homes
• Snow removal including operation of snow blowers

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with customer service
• Ability to carry 50 pounds
• Ability to work in harsh weather conditions
• Ability to handle stressful situations

Pay $20/hour – $22/hour dependent on experience.
