We specialize in product manufacturing. We are a younger tight-knit group of individuals working in a woodshop manufacturing environment. FWW is established in Truckee. We have a consistent workflow for the right person.

Production Worker –

  • Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment
  • Assemble and prepare goods for shipment
  • Complete quality assurance testing on goods and products
  • Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in warehouses
  • Organize inventory in an easy-to-access process
  • Utilize machinery such as forklifts to load orders
  • Maintain the quality and upkeep of warehouse equipment including machinery
  • Move materials or completed products and packages to established locations

CNC Laser Operator – CO2 Galvo / Single Axis Up-Cut Saw

  • Operate the CNC laser engraving and cutting machines and other machinery used in the production process, or assist other machine operators.
  • Select and set up lenses based on material type and thickness, load programs, set machine parameters and proper fixtures to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.
  • Establish proper stop location, adjust laser beam focal point.
  • Create and edit laser cut files from CAD drawings in various formats using Corel Draw or Adobe
  • Illustrator; prepare layout and array parts from the cut files in the laser software for optimal engraving and cutting speeds and yield.
  • Manage and maintain files to ensure matching revision levels at all times.
  • Monitor fill level of chiller system and process gases, and report reordering levels.
  • Provide a great level of attention to detail and focus on the given task.
  • Perform prescribed preventative maintenance on machines and equipment as required.
  • Perform all dimensional inspections.
  • Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions.
  • Performs typical machine shop operations to support the production and fabrication of plastic parts.
  • Must be familiar with the basic machine functions in order to perform the tasks stated above.
  • Must be willing to accept and receive supervision and assistance with regard to machine set-up.
  • Must be able to operate with minimal supervision once trained by following work instructions and
  • Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Wear proper safety equipment and comply with company safety rules at all times.
  • Make a positive contribution to maintaining a workplace that is healthy, safe, neat, and tidy.

Experience is not a must as we will train you. There is room for growth

No tools are required.
Fluent ENGLISH is a must.
A background check will be done.
References will be checked.

Experience in a woodshop environment is not required but is a PLUS.
