Must be reliable to open and close store Monday – Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm on a consistent basis.
Training period consists of 4 weeks and must be attended without absences.
Must exceed customer expectations regarding customer service.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Handle drop-off and pick up of customers textiles (clothes, bedding, and other items)
Tag/Barcode garments
Create invoices for incoming orders
Assemble orders once cleaning is finished
Maintain cleanliness of the store at all times
Satisfy customer needs
Ability to advance within the company if proves reliable.
Conduct weekly inventory of store items
Be a positive, informative, and responsible representative of Bobby Pages Dry Cleaners
Collect payment upon customer pick up
Count register upon opening and closing store
Maintain accurate cash amounts in register at all times
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to read/write customer instructions regarding requested cleaning methods and stain removal
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to learn software used to prepare cleaning tickets. (SMRT)
Excellent customer service skills.
Work in a fast paced environment without making mistakes.
Must complete tasks and serve customers quickly and accurately.
Ability to adapt to challenging customer complaints by deescalating the situation in a positive way.
Must know the dry cleaning process in order to answer customer questions accurately.
Must be extremely detailed and organized
Must be able to be a self starter and work independently without constant supervision.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous related experience in management is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing
Must be able to lift 5-15 pounds at a time to load and unload items
Must reach and scan items onto the metal conveyor. Involves upper body strength.
Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with eligibility for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of paid time off per year with a max rollover of 80 hours.
