Retail Nursery Sales Associates:

Position Available: Seasonal PT / FT

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Excellent Customer service
• Assist customers with plant sales provide information and plant suggestions
• Plant maintenance, watering, pruning, and fertilization
• Receive and unload deliveries
• Stock, price, organize and display inventory
• Complete sale transactions
• Cash register experience
• Assist in yard maintenance to provide a clean, organized, and safe environment
• Schedule customer deliveries
• Load customers with bulk material, which will require operating equipment (will train)
• Plant knowledge and experience is a plus
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professional courtesy
• Ability to work outdoors for an extended period
• Prepared to work outside in various weather environments – hot or cold, rain or shine
• Competitive hourly wage based on experience, knowledge, and enthusiasm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
