Job Title: Operations Manager

Reports to: Museum Director

Supervises: Guest Services Staff

Hours: Full-time 32-35 hours a week, including weekends and some evenings

Covid vaccination is required and two contacts for reference.

Summary

The Operations Supervisor (OS) oversees the daily workflow of the Museum that includes ensuring that the Museum indoor and outdoor facility is in excellent condition, the front desk and staff are prepared for serving the public with excellence, and customer needs and concerns are positively addressed. OS handles all operations administrative needs. The Operations Supervisor works collaboratively with other Museum Departments to ensure positive and memorable experiences for all Museum visitors.

Supervisor attends leadership and partner meetings as requested. Weekend work is required and occasional evenings. The Operations Manager will assist in the following areas:

• Daily Accounting
• Supervising and directing staff
• Office administration
• Museum operations/facility management
