Must be 18 years of age.
Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or prep cook.
Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
Be familiar with the industry’s best practices.
The Willingness and Ability to Cross-Train and Work in Multiple Positions.
