Job Description – Home and Client Field Technician II

Mountain Lion Home Management & Concierge – Responsibilities Include:

  • Show up to work, be on time, work the full shift
  • Conducting comprehensive home inspections looking for proper operation, critter issues, doors/windows are locked and lights are off and alarm is on
  • Preparing properties for arrivals
  • Maintain proper paperwork and documentation
  • Keep up with time sheets, messages, emails and correspondence
  • Some property repair, upkeep, pickup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
  • Hot tub/Spa Check Maintenance (training provided)
  • Interacting with contractors, vendors and clients

  • Ability to be respectful, comfortable working in expansive homes
  • Confidentiality is paramount
  • Capable of maintaining calmness and professionalism in stressful or challenging situations
  • Ability to accurately and professionally communicate both verbally and electronically

Requirements:

  • Basic home/property operation knowledge
  • Personal cellphone is needed for the job as is basic computer knowledge
  • Reliable transportation, clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to shovel snow, lift/carry heavy objects, work inside/in weather and work in a team
  • Show up to work as scheduled in a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility in the days task
  • Experience in construction, handyman, hospitality, spa/pools care highly preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Our goal is to make clients home, property, vehicles, etc. to be in perfect working order and ready to be used/enjoyed without issue. You’ll be expected to be part of the team that ensures this happens.
  • Knowledge of the North Lake Tahoe and Truckee regions preferred
  • Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds

You will need to work with minimal supervision, be able to diagnose and trouble shoot problems, identify solutions and develop a plan for resolution. You’ll need to document, correspond internally and with clients. To be successful you’ll need to follow-up to ensure projects, tasks, etc. are completed on time and with flawless detail. We work in a team environment and with a goal to exceed client expectations, predict and see problems and solutions. When work demands there will be evening, weekend and holiday work but every effort is made to avoid these.

This position reports to the Operations Manager.
