Seeking Front Desk Receptionist for busy & expanding massage studio in Truckee, CA!

Martis Valley Massage is a boutique three-room massage studio & apothecary located next to the Raleys O-N-E in Truckee, California. Our studio is currently expanding to 6 rooms with a new employee break room and river lounge room! We are now hiring another skilled front desk attendant to join our team. Part-time & full-time positions are available.

This would be a great job for someone who is in school or has a work-from-home job and wants to make some extra income. There is a lot of free time in-between checking in & out clients where you could do other work on the computer.

We are a therapist-run studio with the employee’s best interest at heart! We are not a spa but rather an intimate massage studio focusing on healing our clients in the best way possible. Our priority is building a robust monthly clientele in which therapists work with their clients to solve and heal daily ailments. We designed our studio with the therapists in mind, creating a truly special workplace. We aim to achieve a lighthearted and encouraging work environment with a strong focus on teamwork! We are looking for like-minded individuals with health and wellness built into their lifestyles.

Job Duties:
*Check in & Out Clients
*Book clients through our booking software
*Take phone calls
*Light cleaning duties
*Restocking retail when needed

Job Requirements:
*Customer service experience required
*Knowledge of basic skincare products
*Must be professional in appearance and demeanor
*Experience with Booker/Mindbody a plus but not required
*Comfortable on the phone
*Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
*Must be authorized to work in the United States
