Hauserman Rental Group is based in Tahoe City and has been in business over 50 years. We manage over 100 short and long term rental contracts along the north and west shores of Lake Tahoe. Our focus is providing the best customer service to our homeowners and renters through clear and effective communication, diligence in handling administrative duties and contracts, and assisting with ensuring properties are well-maintained.

Job Duties:

• General light home maintenance duties including diagnosing issues & plan for addressing them, simple plumbing, electrical, dry wall repairs, minor furniture repairs, appliance repairs and other minor maintenance
• Remove trash from homes and dump runs as needed
• Reports directly to maintenance coordinator, but occasionally will interact with owners and guests to problem solve maintenance issues
• Various tasks, trouble shooting, and deliveries to homes as needed

Preferred Skills:

• Previous maintenance experience strongly preferred
• Communication and customer service experience
• Time management and problem-solving skills

Job Requirements:

• Lifting – must be able to comfortably lift 50 lbs. independently
• Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Company vehicle provided
