Granite Peak Management provides maintenance services to condominium projects, commercial properties and single family residences throughout the Tahoe Truckee region in support of our community association and rental management products. We are seeking a self starter to manage the processes and maximize the revenue. You will see that all Facilities managed by GPM are in a clean, safe and orderly condition by ensuring that all buildings, grounds, landscaping, snow removal, pools, spas and janitorial functions are tended to in a proactive manner. You will manage facilities managers and roaming facilities staff while ensuring that our contracts for service are fulfilled.
This is a full time year round job with benefits. You must be able to drive a company vehicle.
