CUSTOMER SERVICE

Part-time, remote position. Must have a phone, own a computer and have reliable internet access.  

10-25 hours per week (Business hours are Monday – Sunday 8am-9pm)

Starting at $18/hour

Responsibilities:

• Customer service support (during specific hours)
• Reservation management & reporting 
• Airbnb/VRBO listing management
• Vendor management/coordination
• Backend systems audits and projects

Experience/Skills Required:

• Preferable job history in hospitality management/customer service
• Preferable lives in Lake Tahoe or familiar with the area
• Proficient in proper spelling and grammar for digital communication with guests, owners and vendors
• Proficient or capable of picking up new operating systems quickly
