The Crisis Advocacy Manager is responsible for providing direct services to survivors of domestic violence, sexual violence, human trafficking, and child abuse, in addition to overseeing the Crisis Advocacy Team. Knowledge and understanding in the areas of domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and child abuse issues are required as well as, housing needs and mental health needs in the Tahoe/Truckee community. The position is full-time, 40 hours, and is non-exempt. Our ideal candidate must be fluent in speaking and writing in Spanish and English. The candidate must possess strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, the ability to work flexible hours, including occasional nights and weekends, and have the ability to drive without restrictions and reliable transportation.
Salary $29.17 – $32.68 per hour starting salary (depending upon experience), paid sick leave, paid vacation, 401k match, life insurance and telehealth benefits after 60 days.
