The Truckee Chamber of Commerce has an immediate opening for a Concierge at the Truckee Welcome Center. The Concierge greets and assists visitors, travelers, and Chamber members. The Concierge position includes:

• Having a friendly, welcoming presence
• Knowledge about Truckee and things to do
• Assist travelers with train, bus, and other transportation needs
• Retail sales involving the operation of a point of sale device and daily closeout
• Answer phones and email inquiries
• Signs for retail item deliveries and stocks display shelves
• Opening and closing the building at the beginning or end of each shift.
• May occasionally provide clerical support

Job Specifics:

• Job can be part-time or full-time
• For part-time employees, schedule can be flexible and hours may vary
• Must be able to work some weekends and holidays

Starting at $17/hour.
