About Granite Peak Management

We’re looking for an experienced Community Association Management (CAM) Project Manager to oversee all HOA Construction and Reserve Projects and other substantial projects for all HOAs in the GPM portfolio. The Project Manager will create a standardized RFP form to ensure we are getting apples-to-apples proposals on all projects, update all reserve studies annually, and be the driver/main point of contact for vendors, board members/committees, and reserve companies.

The ideal candidate has experience and knowledge in building/construction trades and property/facilities management, the ability to build and maintain a network of vendors and contractors in the Truckee/Tahoe area, and strong organization and communication skills to simultaneously manage multiple projects through all stages of development to completion.

Project Management, California Association of Community Managers (CACM), or similar certification is preferred.

This position requires physical presence at HOAs, job sites, and/or in the office, so it cannot be worked 100% remotely.

Salary Range: $80,000 To $105,000 Annually (Paid twice per month)
