Ideal Candidate:

Must have multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, independent and be a self-motivated type with a great attitude.

Must know QuickBooks fluently, including payroll, general experience in Human Resources. Current bookkeeper is willing to train the right candidate.  (Word & Excel. PowerPoint and MS Project a plus)
Project management skills would be a bonus.

Tasks Include: Accounts Payable & Receivable, Job-cost Accounting, Payroll, Tax filings, Insurance issues, W/C and BoE audit admin.

Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus but willing train the right candidate.

Schedule: We believe in a work life balance and will be flexible to your life situation.  Expected scope of work to take an average of 15-20 hours per week (flexible days and hours) (in office position).

Pay $40 – $55/hr, starting pay, depending on experience, efficiency, effectiveness, and if candidate is employee or independent contractor.
