Garage door, sales, service and installation company in Truckee, CA has an immediate full-time position for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. Ability to learn quickly and multi-task a must.
This position requires the ability to perform the following tasks:
– Answer a heavy volume of phone calls on a multi-line system
– Superior interpersonal skills and excellent phone etiquette
-Taking and scheduling service requests
– Prepare and deliver bank deposits
– Drafting price quotes, sales orders, and invoices
– Accounts receivable/collections
– Business correspondence
– Ability to understand and carry out instructions easily
– Legible handwriting and correct spelling a must
– Competence in Excel and Word – Quickbooks experience a plus!
– Be able to prioritize and work independently
– General office duties
