We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Staff Accountant (AR Staff Accountant) who will manage membership receivables, reconciliations, and communications. The ideal candidate who will join our team will have outstanding communication skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and establish and maintain excellent working relationships with membership and staff alike. Paying close attention to details is fundamental to finding success at Martis Camp, as well as familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. The AR Staff Accountant is vitally important to our business success by offering a seamless membership billing experience. The AR Staff Accountant will work closely with the Assistant Controller and the CFO to complete a timely month end closure process. Additional job responsibilities, but not limited to, include preparing deposits, monitoring deferred revenue accounts, ensuring appropriate sales taxes are paid, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and managing all billings and payments for our Foundation’s annual events. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

• Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
• Work is on-site with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:30am – 5:00pm, with occasional overtime.
