In response to the Novel Coronavirus, COVID-19, Tahoe Dave’s has implemented the CDC’s and CDPH’s recommended precautionary measures to provide a safe work environment. We are committed to the health and safety of our employee and customers. The following changes have been made to our daily routines to aide in the prevention of the spread of COVID-19.
• Employees temperatures are checked at the beginning of each shift.
• Employees are required to wear masks or face coverings while working.
• Customers are required to wear masks or face coverings when shopping.
• Our register counters and tech benches have been modified with partitions and spacing for distancing
• Commonly touched surfaces and spaces are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized throughout the day

The key to successfully meeting DAVE'S mission statement is "attitude". Translated, every employee should desire to fulfill this mission statement with each and every customer. DAVE'S wants to make every customer's experience at DAVE'S and Lake Tahoe the most fun it can be. In order for DAVE'S to do so, it is necessary to:

Service takes many forms. Strive to not only adjust skis and snowboards properly, but also give each customer the added attention that everyone wants to receive. Take the initiative to learn customers names, what other Tahoe attractions they may like to experience (such as ski areas and particular runs), the business deals around town, good restaurants, etc. Remember, DAVE'S wants to make renting equipment fun!!! Only through teamwork can we meet our goal of providing the best service available.
